The Lee Group’s recruitment and staffing teams are currently hiring for Administrative Assistants to support a wide variety of companies.
The ideal candidate will be able to handle the following:
-Facilitate communication internally and externally.
-Initiates communication and follow up between customers internal and external.
-Assist other team members.
-Assist in answering phones.
-Prepare, process, review and monitor documents.
Requirements for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
-Typing and data entry skills testing (30-40 wpm).
-Excellent oral and written communication skills.
