It’s a little bit like a first date. You’ve heard about us. We’ve heard about you. Maybe we’ve both even done a little research online to see what each other is all about. But now we need to talk. Maybe it’s over the phone. Maybe it’s a video conference. Maybe it’s in real life. Either way, a voice-to-voice conversation and consultation is step number one. It’s here and during this time we learn about you, your organization and the importance of the position(s) you need to fill. It’s now that we ask as much about the job specifics as we do about the culture of your organization. And it’s during this time that we outline our full process. We’re partnering on this staffing journey every step of the way. If you have a current relationship, we want to know what’s working and what’s not. How can we customize our processes and make improvements in “the way things have always been done” to simplify and improve?
Position Description Review/Analysis
You need a staffing partner for a reason. We need to figure out why and from that starting point, develop our system for your recruitment that best fits with your ongoing, and likely fluctuating, requirements. A deep dive into all your positions and analysis of how they function within the organization is a huge key to our success. The “why” behind everything, and a true understanding of the most important factors in placements and preferences is critical in this analysis step.
Client Unique CORE Development
We will profile your current top performers and evaluate the tasks of the job where the employees spend 80% or more of their time during the workday. Those two exercises will yield very specific results. We will combine the data from both and work through a final evaluation with you to validate the information. That final step will produce a candidate ideal CORE profile that will help us FILTER IN the right candidates for your job. We will evaluate those candidates through our traditional methodology in combination with their CORE scores to find the right people for your positions. By uncovering the necessary energy combinations for your positions and recommending potential employees who have those energies, we can improve retention rates. By placing people who are uniquely hardwired to be fulfilled by the work at your job site, hiring will be a lot easier.
