In January 2007, Walter Graham and Eric Kean two long-term employees, assumed ownership of The Lee Group. Under their leadership, The Lee Group has continued to thrive and grow. Their long-time relationship as employees of The Lee Group gives them a unique perspective toward customer service, candidate relationships and employee relations. They are hands-on owners, dedicated to carrying on the outstanding reputation as industry leaders that has been the cornerstone of The Lee Group’s success.

In 2012, The Lee Group expanded its team to Richmond where it opened an office in Chesterfield. With overwhelming support from loyal customers with operations in both Hampton Roads and Richmond we are continuing to grow.
