Andrea Sellers is payroll manager for The Lee Group, based in the firm’s Newport News, VA office. She coordinates with all team members and clients on the weekly processing of time cards and employee payrolls. In addition, Andrea manages employee healthcare plan enrollment and also has accounts payable / accounts receivable responsibilities.

A Newport News native, Andrea joined the firm as an administrative assistant in 2011.

For her, The Lee Group Difference calls for treating all employees and clients with the utmost respect. And it means listening for and addressing issues as they come up and working to get matters resolved in a timely fashion. In her administrative role, Andrea has developed lasting relationships with clients and genuinely enjoys communicating with them on a weekly basis.

She appreciates how a mutually beneficial relationship between employee and employer reduces turnover, increases productivity and makes for an all-around great experience for both parties.

Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Christopher Newport University.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five dogs – going paddle boarding, visiting the beach or doing most anything on the water. She also loves planting a garden every year and cooking with things she’s grown herself.
