Sarah Fulton is Branch Manager for The Lee Group in their Chesapeake location, handling a variety of roles for the firm. Serving on the management team and working with folks across the firm, Sarah enjoys getting “in the trenches” and addressing the challenges of the day or anything the business needs from her – from project assistance to problem solving to recruiting and placement.

An eight-year veteran of the firm, she is also responsible for several key accounts.

The Lee Group difference is everything to Sarah, who finds it rooted in the firm’s culture and what it demonstrates to clients and employees every day. Sarah and her team take every interaction one step further – putting in the time and effort to ensure the experience of working with The Lee Group is far better than any other agency.

She knows that having the right job – or the right person for the job – is the critical catalyst for so many other things that happen in life. Ensuring an optimal fit between candidate and client is both incredibly delicate and incredibly important to Sarah – something that must be handled with diligence, care and integrity at all times.

Sarah values lasting client relationships and has had the pleasure of working with many people multiple times in their careers. For Sarah, the bonds forged with people are the true testament to The Lee Group difference. When an employee who Sarah places comes back to her again many years later, she is honored to have the opportunity to serve them again – playing such an important role in their career and life.

When she’s not at work, Sarah has fun with her four year old and two year old boys, as well as her very wonderful and incredibly active husband. They are always getting into something fun and active, enjoying exercising, being outside and going to the beach in the summer.

Sarah is a native of Newport News, VA and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University (go Duuuuuuukes!)
