WANTED: detail oriented team member for an Accounts Payable position in Hampton Roads!

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

-Enter and balance customer payments forwarded from lockboxes daily.

-Accurately analyze various information provided by customers to accurately post cash.

-Send clear, complete and appropriate memos to branches.

-Assist in special projects as assigned by management team.

-Sort miscellaneous batches that arrive from lockboxes.

-Back up front-desk receptionist for lunches/breaks as scheduled per quarter.

-Represent the company in a professional manner at all times ensuring quality customer service.

-Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures.

-Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company.

-Work overtime as needed.

Requested knowledge, skills and abilities of applicants include:

-10-Key by touch.

-Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and basic Windows applications.

-Excellent attention to detail.

-Ability to problem solve and think analytically.

-Demonstrate good communication skills and a high standard of customer service.

-Willingness to be cross trained in various areas of SAC.

-By end of training period achieve a productivity average of 1100 points.
