The Lee Group is excited to announce that Los Angeles native Diamond Ponds has been promoted to Business Development Manager at The Lee Group!
In this new role, Diamond actively builds relationships with organizations throughout her Hampton roads territory, either making initial introductions to The Lee Group or reaching out to existing contacts to see how they can further the partnership on new opportunities to bring on the best individuals for their particular openings.
Most recently, Diamond served as Recruiter for the firm, managing phone screenings for new applicants and potential rehire candidates, and coordinating face-to-face interviews – ensuring inclusion of high-quality applicants.
A native of Los Angeles, Diamond is no stranger to the Hampton Roads area.
She graduated from Hampton University with honors, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Diamond also played softball for the Hampton University Pirates all four years of her college career.
For Diamond, The Lee Group Difference is about doing what it takes to establish long-term relationships with all parties. She works hard to satisfy everyone on both ends of a staffing transaction – both clients and employees alike. Over the years, Diamond has found that making a difference in someone’s life can be an incredibly rewarding experience.
Diamond understands the importance of reputation and she is keenly aware of the need to hire only the best for The Lee Group clients – setting the same high standards the firm sets for itself.
Away from the office, Diamond enjoys cooking and finds it very therapeutic. The self-described movieholic also likes to watch films of all kinds and enjoys spending time with her significant other and close friends.
