We are delighted to announce that Stacy McLaurin has joined The Lee Group Team as our newest Business Development Manager!
Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Stacy is tasked with creatively designing solutions to some of the staffing industry’s toughest challenges. She strives to meet new customers and make them aware of The Lee Group difference and robust service offerings.
Stacy takes the time to build strong relationships and understand customer needs while partnering with them to build a resource solution. She works closely with The Lee Group Staffing Managers to bring quality service to every customer interaction.
For Stacy, The Lee Group difference is rooted in the firm’s pre-screening process, experience in the staffing industries and the verticals which they service, the national presence of the executive search team, and the ability to consult with customers to develop a solution that is tailored to them.
These items make up the “special sauce” which separates The Lee Group from its competitors.
The Atlanta native earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Davidson College and a Master of Arts degree in Management from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
Stacy believes that having a good job – and getting a sense of satisfaction from the place where so much of your time is spent – is paramount for employees. In turn, Stacy knows that getting the hiring fit right the first time, every time is critical for The Lee Group customers. She helps companies hire the right people – associates who are hard-working and appreciate the opportunity to hold the position – driving a decrease in turnover and an increase in productivity and efficiency.
Away from the office, Stacy enjoys spending time with family, catching up on TV, reading, participating in fitness classes, and the occasional shopping trip.
Stacy and The Lee Group team is well poised to help your organization. To learn more, visit our staffing resources page and contact us.
