CALLING all job seekers (see what we did there?)! The Lee Group is hiring for a local call center in Newport News where the team is amazing and the occasional dance-off happens (seriously…read on for more on that below). All shifts available.
Job duties include the following:
-Talking to customers over the phone, email, online chat or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
-Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary.
-Resolving and de-escalating any issues.
-Escalating calls to supervisor when necessary and appropriate.
-Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations.
-Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
-Providing feedback reports on call issues related to downtime and/or training issues.
-Upselling to customers as necessary.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED. College degree preferred. Customer service experience, particularly with phone-related service, an bilingual language skills a major plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel required.
