Congratulations to Gianna Bowers, a staffing manager for The Lee Group, on passing the American Staffing Association (ASA) Certified Staffing Professional (CSP®) exam.
According to the ASA, its CSP program features rigorous content focused on employment and labor law at both the federal and state levels. It is designed to certify a consultant has the expertise to work with both employees and clients within the bounds of federal and state laws and regulations.
“I always want to give my best to help our clients find the right employees and our employees find the right jobs,” said Gianna who is based in The Lee Group’s Chesapeake, VA, office. “Earning my staffing certification is something I have wanted to do for a while. It has expanded my knowledge and allows me to take my service to our clients to the next level.”
