Executive search and staffing firm, The Lee Group, is pleased to announce that it has named Steve Vise its new branch manager of the Richmond office located at 4796 Finlay St. Suite 1.
Prior to his promotion, Vise served as the Staffing and Business Development Manager for the same branch.
“Steve has excelled at staffing and customer service since he has been with the company, and his 20 years of service to our country gives him the leadership skills necessary to continue our growth in the Richmond market,” said Walt Graham, President of The Lee Group.
A native of Mechanicsville, Virginia, Vise joined the firm in 2016 after retiring from the U.S. Army. He served as an infantryman before working in recruiting and retention, where his last assignment on active duty included working as a master trainer.
Vise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in business and military studies from Liberty University. He also earned an Associate of Arts degree with a business concentration from the school.
In another personnel change in the Richmond branch, Maxine Sizemore, formerly an administrative assistant, has been promoted to Staffing Manager.
“In her role as pre-screener and administrative support, Maxine has demonstrated that she has what it takes to be successful as a staffing manager in our industry,” said Graham.
“We are excited about the future of our Richmond office, and we are looking forward to continued growth in our other regions on the Virginia Peninsula and South Hampton Roads,” said Graham.
